Old Oaks Ranch is a 360 acre working cattle ranch in the gorgeous rolling hills of the Brazos River Valley of southeast Texas. We are nestled in the heart of an area rich in Texas history.
On the ranch, you'll be surrounded by century-old live oak trees, picturesque lakes, colorful wildflowers, beautiful woods, and abundant wildlife.
Five generations have spent our most special times here - family holidays, summers, and legendary ranch weekends with friends. Old Oaks was created as a retreat for memorable celebrations and rich outdoor experiences. It is the perfect place to escape life’s hustle and bustle and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this natural environment.
Old Oaks Ranch is situated 20 minutes from Brenham, Navasota and Chappell Hill and 40 minutes from Bryan/College Station. Surrounded by the history and charm of Washington County, the Birthplace of Texas, we are 25 minutes from Washington-on-the Brazos State Park, 10 minutes from Independence and the Antique Rose emporium, 20 minutes from Brenham’s town square and Blue Bell, and 40 minutes from Round Top.
In the early years, Old Oaks Ranch was a working cattle business and horse breeder, raising colts, showing horses and event had a run in quarter horse racing!
Today we continue the tradition and love of horses through
shared family time at the horse barn, including plenty of laughter,
leisure riding, dust, sweat, and self reflection.
